Blake Dozier graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia with a BA in Religion and a minor in Economics. Following his time there, Blake worked as a commercial real estate broker for CBRE and later developed FORTUNE 500 client relationships for an eLearning development company. In 2015, Blake saw potential in service businesses and left the white-collar world to co-found OnPoint Building Services with Cory Jessee, a former business broker with the vision of bringing excellent customer service to an industry where good service is hard to find. Blake focuses on growing customer relationships, marketing and business development for OnPoint. Over the last nine years, OnPoint has grown both organically and through three acquisitions to become one of the largest janitorial companies in southeastern Virginia. Blake's vision for improving the janitorial industry is inspiring fellow owners to be excellent at caring for employees.
