Bill Griffin

Bill Griffin is CEO of Cleaning Consultant Services, Inc., based in Seattle, WA. With more than 25 years of experience, Griffin provides consulting and training services to the cleaning industry. Bill is a regular contributor to Cleaning & Maintenance Management, CleanLlink, and other industry publications, and is a Master Trainer for the Cleaning Management Institute's programs and is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Master Cleaner. In addition, he is an approved IICRC instructor and teaches courses on carpet cleaning, stone maintenance and hard floor care. Bill has extensive experience as a consultant, expert witness, speaker and seminar leader to government agencies, manufacturers, associations, and private businesses of all types and sizes throughout the world. He is an Assessor, Consultant and Instructor for the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) as well as the Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and Green Building (GB) Certification Program. Also, he is a Certified Trainer for ISSA's Cleaning Industry Training Standard (CITS).
